Operation Queen's Haven

At Caron Homes, we are dedicated to creating affordable, high-quality homes that support families and strengthen communities across Eastern North Carolina. Our approach is rooted in thoughtful planning, durable construction, and a commitment to long-term value. We proudly partner with Treweek Construction, a collaboration founded on shared principles of integrity, service, and accountability. With Bill Treweek’s military background, this partnership was intentionally formed to help address the housing challenges faced by active-duty service members, veterans, and local families.

Our first joint community, Queen’s Haven in Hubert, represents the beginning of a long-term vision—delivering attainable homeownership opportunities without sacrificing quality or comfort. Together, we are committed to building neighborhoods where families can put down roots and thrive.

About our services

Step 1: Get Pre-Approved

Start by getting pre-approved with a lender to understand your budget and monthly payment. This step shows you’re ready to buy and helps the process move quickly once you choose a home.

Step 3: Close & Move In

At closing, you’ll complete the final paperwork, receive your keys, and officially become a homeowner. Your brand-new home is move-in ready and built to today’s standards.

Step 2: Select Your Home & Build

Choose your floor plan, lot, and features, then sign the purchase agreement. Once under contract, construction begins and your home progresses toward completion with inspections and a final walkthrough.
